UltraLux Health Continuous Protection Policy

This policy allows any customer who has purchased an EMF protection device directly from UltraLux Health to trade in their old device to receive up to 30% back of what they paid for it as store credit. That credit expires after 1-year and is good to use towards any EMF protection device on ultraluxhealth.com.

Summary of How to Trade-in Your Device:

  • A. Provide proof of purchase by emailing [email protected].
  • B. Arrange the return shipment with our team.
  • C. Product must be received in good condition to receive the full 30%
  • D. Use your credit towards a new EMF protection device!

 

Full Policy Breakdown:

  • A. Provide proof of purchase.

    Email [email protected] You can forward your email receipt, image of the charge from your bank, or simply the order number showing it was purchased from Ultralux Health. At least 1 year must have passed between the date of purchase and the trade in date.

  • B. Arrange the return shipment with our team.
    You will receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) to put onto or into your package. We will not accept trade-ins without an RMA#.

    Please review the “Trade-In Process” described below.

  • C. Product must be received in good condition to receive the full 30%.
    Because these devices are used, we do not expect it to be perfect. You can still get the full store credit amount as long as the device is in a reusable condition. Some examples of damages that would decrease the trade-in value are:

    • Severe dents or cracks that deform the shape of the device
    • Broken or missing parts of device
    • Painted or colored devices

  • D. Use your credit towards a new EMF protection device!
    Once your trade-in is received, you will receive the store credit within 15 business days. The one-time use code will be emailed to you and is only valid on www.ultraluxhealth.com towards an EMF device of equal or greater retail value of the device traded in. It expires after 1 year and cannot be combined with other coupons.

 

Trade-In Process:

You have 3 options to trade-in your device outlined below.

  • Option #1: We can purchase a discounted label through our shipping carriers and email it to you. You then print the label and drop off the device at the appropriate carrier location. Once we get your trade-in, the price for the label would be deducted from your store credit coupon amount.
  • Option #2: Once you receive your RMA#, you can ship the device back to our facility with the carrier of your choice. We strongly suggest insuring the package because we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in this scenario. Please address the package to:

  • Option #3: If you desire to purchase the same device and not be without EMF protection while awaiting the trade-in process. Please contact us prior to purchasing the new device so we can include a return label in the shipping box. This allows you to easily repackage your old device in the same shipping box with no lapse in EMF protection. After we receive the trade-in, we will refund you the appropriate amount of the trade-in value, less the return label cost, within 15 business days.

 
Note – Please safely and securely package your product. We suggest taking pictures of your device beforehand in case there are any damages caused during shipping.
