How to Use
We designed our hydrogen tablets to be easy to use and fast acting. Here’s how to use them:
- Get 16 ounces of filtered or purified drinking water.
- Add 1-3 UltraLux Water Tablets.
- Wait 1-2 minutes.
- The tablets are effervescent, meaning they’ll react and bubble in the water. It’s normal for the water to turn gray while the tablet dissolves. You may want to lightly stir or swirl the water occasionally. When the bubbling stops, it’s ready to consume.
- Quickly enjoy great hydrogen-enriched water.
- Because there’s hydrogen gas dissolved into the water, you’ll want to drink it immediately to minimize the amount of escaping hydrogen gas.
Recommend Amount
We recommend using a minimum of 1 UltraLux Water Tablet in 16 fluid ounces of water, twice a day. If you want more benefits, increase that up to 3 UltraLux Water Tablets in 16 fluid ounces of water, two to three times a day.*

Yes, there is a point where too much hydrogen can be problematic. This is called hydrogen poisoning. Hydrogen poisoning is very rare because it requires incredibly high amounts of hydrogen in a very short time, and is most common with hydrogen inhalation. It is very unlikely to get hydrogen poisoning from our water tablets. However, to be safe, you should not consume more than 10 UltraLux Water Tablets within a 24-hour timeframe.
UltraLux Water Tablets have a primary ingredient of magnesium, which when dissolved in water, has a chemical reaction that causes bubbling and creates a high concentration of hydrogen gas.
For best results, please only use UltraLux Water Tablets in water. However, you can add a lemon wedge or flavoring powder/liquid afterwards (ie: Crystal Light, MiO, etc.), but it needs to be consumed as quickly as possible.
Yes! The more tablets you use, the higher the concentration of hydrogen you will get. It doesn’t multiply exactly (ie: 1 tablet = 12 ppm, but 2 tablets does not equal 2×12 ppm), but 3 tablets dissolved in 16 oz. of water is approximately 24 ppm.
UltraLux Water Tablets are good for 3 years after purchase.
The initial concentration of hydrogen is very high, but hydrogen gas doesn’t stay in water for very long. Hydrogen is the smallest element and passes through materials very easily, so even if you store it in an airtight container, eventually the hydrogen will leave the container. In order to enjoy the highest concentration, it’s best to drink the water as soon as the water is clear and stops bubbling.
For best results, room temperature or chilled water is best. Do not use tablets with ice.
Unflavored tablets do not add any real flavor to the water. However, some customers notice a trace taste of magnesium.

I did some research on why Hydrogen Water is so beneficial to our overall health. This is what I discovered: Our body and brain are 70% water and it needs at least half your body weight in ounces to stay hydrated…to function properly.
