Two-Stage Filtration
The UltraLux Water Machine uses a unique two-stage filtration process. Water first passes through the carbon composite filter to capture particulates, sludge, colloids, suspended matter, and some metals. Then it moves through the reverse osmosis membrane filter, followed by a post-carbon filter, enhancing water clarity and taste.
UV-C Light Component
The machine includes a UV-C light component as part of the internal filtration chamber design, helping maintain system cleanliness with minimal maintenance.
Long-Lasting Filter Life
- CBPA Filter: up to 1 year (~2000 gallons)
- ROCB Filter: up to 2 years (~1000 gallons)
Filters are easy to remove and replace from the top of the machine.
Hydrogen Electrolysis
The UltraLux Water Machine uses electrolysis to dissolve hydrogen nanobubbles into the water, achieving up to 1.8 ppm of molecular hydrogen. Combine with UltraLux Water Tablets for higher concentration if desired.
Certified to IHSA Standards
The UltraLux Water Machine meets International Hydrogen Standards Association (IHSA) certification, ensuring consistent hydrogen concentration and high-quality filtration performance.

Water Pressure Requirements
Required pressure range: 0.1–0.4 MPa (14.5–58 PSI). Most U.S. homes have 40–80 PSI. If pressure exceeds 58 PSI, install a pressure reducer to prevent damage.

Great machine, fairly easy to install (we opted to do it ourselves). It replaced our Berkley as it’s way more convenient to use. It too early to notice any major benefits from the hydrogen, but it supplies all of our filtered water needs.

I found our initial experience with our new Ultralux machine to be an interesting journey. Having researched a bit, and after viewing an excellent webinar on hydrogen water, I took the plunge and purchased the machine. From the beginning, Chris, our customer service representative proved to have “all hands on deck” in helping us. He answered all my questions, with great patience, because it took multiple emails of questions. The big event, was after receiving our machine, it decided to fail, within days of getting it. Chris swiftly had another machine ordered for us and it came quickly. The second one works like a charm, and we trust it will continue. We kept the faucet from the first machine, just in case, which was a good thing. Days into using the second machine, the faucet malfunctioned and stopped working. Chris to the rescue again, is having another faucet sent to us (to keep on backup). To sum things up, Chris has proven to be one of the best customer service reps I have ever had to work with (and I am a former health food store owner, so know about customer service). With the problems we encountered with the equipment, his solutions made the situation so much easier to handle. He was friendly and professional over the phone and in his email messaging. In my opinion, this situation could have been very tense, as we didn’t know where we would stand after the first machine failed. I commend Chris for handling our situation the way he did and would gladly do business with this company again because of him. Thank you!

I purchased my UltraLux Water Filter on 11/9 and as of 11/19 it has been installed. I was extremely pleased with how quickly I received my water filter. I have to say that the packaging the machine came in was super sturdy and you can tell it was very carefully packed. I had questions once my filter was up and running and called the number to reach customer service. I must say that it was very refreshing to hear a human voice on the other end of the line. I spoke with Chris who was extremely knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I realized a few day later that I had another question and sent him an email. I got an immediate response with all my questions answered. I am enjoying my water filter and feel I have made a very wise choice in purchasing this machine. I would highly recommend this company and machine to anyone who is interested in drinking hydrogenated water and just having an awesome, clean, water filter machine.
