UltraLux Continuous Protection Policy
Trade-Ins for the Continuous Protection Policy will be accepted starting November 1st, 2022.
UltraLux will accept a trade-in of any Qi device to receive up to 30% of their original purchase price in UltraLux store credit.
This offer extends to anyone no matter where you purchased your Qi device.
Conditions to qualify:
- A. Shipment must be arranged with UltraLux prior to shipping your device.
- B. Provide proof of purchase with order date, purchase price, and place of purchase.
- C. Product must be received in good condition to receive the full 30%.
- D. Store credit received must be used for a single EMF item of equal or greater value.
While your Qi devices were made to last at full efficiency for 5 years (for a Qi-Shield) and 8 years (for a Qi-Home and Qi-Max), due to customer requests, we have decided to allow eligible customers to trade-in their device before the 100% efficacy life-span has expired.

A further breakdown of the “Conditions to Qualify”:
A. Shipment must be arranged with UltraLux prior to shipping your device.
Contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a Return Material Authorization Number (RMA#) and arrange your trade in. We will not accept trade-ins without an RMA#.
Please review the “Trade-In Process” described below.
B. Provide proof of purchase with order date, purchase price, and place of purchase.
At least 1 year must have passed between the date of purchase and the trade in date. You can submit a receipt, order confirmation email, image of the charge from your bank, or provide us with an order number if you purchased from UltraLux Health. Anything that proves you paid for the device with the purchase amount will be accepted.
C. Product must be received in good condition to receive the full 30%.
Because these devices might be several years old, we do not expect them to be perfect. We do not require the original box and packing materials to get the full 30%. You can still get the full store credit amount as long as the device is in a good, reusable condition. Damages that would decrease the trade-in value include, but are not limited to:
- Severe dents that deform the shape of the device
- Broken parts inside the device of any type
- Painted or colored devices
- Cracks in the copper or wood
- Devices with missing parts
D. Credit must be used for a single EMF item of equal or greater value.
The store credit coupon will be emailed to you and is only valid on www.ultraluxhealth.com. It will expire 1 year after it is given, and is one-time use only. It cannot be combined with other coupons, it cannot be split between multiple orders, and it can only be used on an EMF device of equal or greater retail value of the device traded in.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To trade in your device you have three shipping options:
Option #1: You can use a shipping carrier of your choice and ship it back to UltraLux Health after receiving an RMA #. If you choose this option, we suggest insuring the product through the carrier in case of any damages caused during shipping.
Option #2: We can purchase a label for you through our discounted UPS account and email it to you. You would drop off the device at a UPS store. Once we receive your trade-in, the price for the label would be deducted from your store credit coupon amount.
Option #3: If you desire to purchase the same device and not be without EMF protection while awaiting the trade-in process, please contact us prior to purchasing the new device so we can include a return label in the shipping box. This allows you to easily repackage your old device in the same shipping box with no lapse in EMF protection. After we receive the trade-in device, we would refund you the amount of the trade-in value less the return label cost within 5-10 business days of receiving the shipment.

We suggest taking pictures of your device beforehand in case there are any damages caused during shipping.
