I have not received my Precision bundle yet but I wanted to say so far my experience with the chat and customer service has been a great experience and quickly resolved. I had an issue with trying to create an account… quickly resolved during a chat session. I then realized I ordered the wrong color Red light mask and customer service reached out so quick to get that resolved. Thank Chris for taking care of that it eased my mind. If customer service is this good at resolving issues even before I get the products I’m sure I have nothing to worry about. I also wanted to let you know I do have experience with a Red Light panel , but wanted to add the Red wrap, Red Pro, Red mask and Red cap to my health regimen from Ultralux because I have seen the reviews are so much better, and after watching a webinar I knew I needed to add more to my Red light therapy. Love your, love your, love your red light products! In fact, love all of your products be it red light and the water machine. I have been using all of the products. I love the cap! My hair has so much volume and thickness. My 81 year old Dad has been using the wrap for only a couple of weeks now. His advanced pancreatic cancer has subsided. He is now walking again. I have lent the Red Pro to a friend whom has pain from arthritis. She noticed the difference after only a 15 min session. My brothers painful shoulder no longer hurts. He is very interested in the red light products. Thank you SO much!

I used the red mask and found it delightful to wear and it seems to change my face to look much more soft and moist. Also the hat made my neck pain subside and away with just one usage. Now I may drop off to sleep more soundly than usual.

Red bundle woks well, but not sure how to use the Red Pro. I enjoy using the Cap. The Mask is a bit awkward to put on, I find it’s best to use laying down. The Wrap is very good for my knee and back, and I find the velcro very sticky and hard to separate when taking off. I really enjoy the bundle as it has different Red light for different issues!

Red Light Therapy has helped heal a sprained toe, increased absorption of my castor oil therapy, improvement in those nasty wrinkles, and I think the thickening of my hair! I bought this package in April 2024. May 3rd I broke my ankle. Thank goodness I didn’t need surgery. The boot and knee walker were enough. I used the wrap around my ankle every day. So I started with the cap. I’ve had the package for 11 months. Anything that might have popped up for me are nonexistent. And my hair is growing in dark! I am pretty grey.
