Twist-Fit models:
- Unplug the machine.
- Grip and twist the old filter counter-clockwise; lift it out.
- Insert the new filter and twist clockwise until locked.
Push-Fit models:
- Unplug the machine.
- Press the top button and pull the old filter straight up.
- Align the new filter and press down until it clicks securely.
Plug the unit back in and enjoy another year of fresh, clean UltraLux water!

I absolutely love my water machine, it is so clean and easy to use. I have had my water dispenser for some months now, and it is the perfect size for one or two people. I use it to rehydrate first thing every morning, and I feel energised to start the day. I take some water to my husband who is in hospital and I am sure that it is contributing to maintaining and improving his health. I drink several glasses during the day and have a glass of water next to me at night in case I wake with a dry mouth, so that I can sip it. I also use it sometimes to make smoothies – I know the nano-particles of hydrogen are probably dissipated by the blender action, but the water is pure and refreshing and the smoothies taste just fine. I wholeheartedly recommend the countertop machine to anyone who wants to improve their health. I am so glad that I took the plunge and purchased one – I wouldn’t be without it now.
