How to Use
We designed our hydrogen tablets to be easy to use and fast acting. Here’s how to use them:
- Get 16 ounces of filtered or purified drinking water.
- Add 1-3 UltraLux Water Tablets.
- Wait 1-2 minutes.
- The tablets are effervescent, meaning they’ll react and bubble in the water. It’s normal for the water to turn gray while the tablet dissolves. You may want to lightly stir or swirl the water occasionally. When the bubbling stops, it’s ready to consume.
- Quickly enjoy great hydrogen-enriched water.
- Because there’s hydrogen gas dissolved into the water, you’ll want to drink it immediately to minimize the amount of escaping hydrogen gas.
Recommend Amount
We recommend using a minimum of 1 UltraLux Water Tablet in 16 fluid ounces of water, twice a day. If you want more benefits, increase that up to 3 UltraLux Water Tablets in 16 fluid ounces of water, two to three times a day.*

I did some research on why Hydrogen Water is so beneficial to our overall health. This is what I discovered: Our body and brain are 70% water and it needs at least half your body weight in ounces to stay hydrated…to function properly.
