How to Use
- Fill a glass with 16 ounces of filtered or purified water.
- Add 1-3 UltraLux Water Tablets.
- Wait 1-2 minutes.
- Tablets are effervescent, creating bubbles as they dissolve. Water may turn gray temporarily; lightly stir or swirl if needed. Once bubbling stops, it’s ready to drink.
- Enjoy immediately for the freshest taste and maximum dissolved hydrogen.
Recommended Amount
Use a minimum of 1 tablet per 16 oz of water, twice a day. For a higher concentration, use up to 3 tablets per 16 oz, two to three times daily.*

I did some research on why Hydrogen Water is so beneficial to our overall health. This is what I discovered: Our body and brain are 70% water and it needs at least half your body weight in ounces to stay hydrated…to function properly.
